Wilma J. Lloyd, age 78, left this world to go home on Thursday morning, June 13, 2019. From her birth in Claremore OK, on July 6, 1941 to her last breath, she worked hard, cared for people, and left a mark on everyone she met. She grew up to be a beautiful woman. Wilma went to Sequoyah High School and graduated with her diploma in 1960. After high school she had her own business of house keeping. Through her job she made many friends and made many people smile. She was soon happily married to John Charles Lloyd on February 21, 1964. They had a daughter, Ann, and a son, Charlie. Wilma has 4 grandchildren: Jessica Berka, Jacob Lloyd, Harley Eschbach, and Becky Carroll; 9 great grandchildren; and 2 surrogate grandchildren. After her days of house keeping, she opened her home to families who needed help with child care. Out of all the children she cared for, 2 adopted her as grandma, Coen and Taylyn Harrison. Wilma was the true embodiment of a home maker; you could see it in the meals she cooked with love, the garden she tended to with care and the flowers she raised with pride. She will be truly missed.
