Obituary

Winnifred Gail Cloud was born in Hiawatha, Kansas on May 10, 1936 and died January 22, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her parents were Everett Charles Davy and Iva Viola Harmon Davy.
Gail graduated from Tulsa's Central High School in 1955. She went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and married James Earl Cloud on January 20, 1956. She worked while Jim continued his education at The University of Tulsa. Then Uncle Sam called Jim to active duty in the Marines and away Gail went to Twentynine Palms, California to live on the Military Base. They returned to Tulsa in 1959. Her husband died December 17, 1990. Gail never married again.
She is survived by her sister, Bette Jane Campbell, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Sister, Pamela Rose Berna and brother-in-law, Kenneth R. Berna, Del Rio, Texas.
Nephew, Justin E. Campbell, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and great-nephew, Matthew R. Campbell, his wife, Kristin and their children, Wyatt and Hope, Crescent, Oklahoma.
Although Gail did not have children, her nephews, Justin and deceased Davy C. Campbell enjoyed being loved and spoiled by her.
Gail was always involved in all forms of art work, even as a child in school, at work and everyday life. Due to Jim's job with Dowell, Gail went on trips to Paris, France, absorbing the art there. She leaves behind beautiful colored-pencil pictures, sketches and pottery items. Also, a large button collection (Member of The Oklahoma Button Society). She also enjoyed rock hunts with her sister Pam and brother-in-law, Ken.
In the last several years, trips to the Casinos in and around Oklahoma and Wendover, Nevada with friends was a favorite activity.
Gail will be missed by her family and many friends.
Due to COVID there are not any plans for services; however, she will be interred at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
