Wynona Fay Jenkins, "Nona", 94, of Tulsa, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Wynona was born on August 28, 1922 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to John O. Couch and Fay L. (Kelly) Couch. She graduated from Bixby High School in 1940 and married Pressley A. Jenkins, Jr. on April 25, 1942.

Wynona was a devoted wife to her husband, P.A., while he served in the military and worked diligently to provide for their family. She worked at the Tulsa Stockyards for a short season prior to becoming a full time homemaker and raising three sons: Darrell, Wesley and Larry Jenkins. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially during vacation in Florida and weekends spent at their family cabins on Grand Lake.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pressley A. Jenkins, Jr., her brother, Gene Couch, her mother, Fay L. Couch, and her father, John O. Couch. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and P. Kae Jenkins, Wesley and Cynthia Jenkins, Larry and Debbie Jenkins; grandchildren Allen Jenkins and Holly, Travis Jenkins, Keri Jenkins, Brent Jenkins and his wife, Heather, Erin Jenkins and her husband, Evan, Matthew Jenkins and Ashlee Jenkins; five great grandchildren, Paxton Jenkins, Mariah Jenkins, Trent Jenkins, Emery Sewell and Emerson Pressley Sewell.

The family will receive friends from 2 PM to 4 PM Sunday and service on 2 PM Monday, both at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, entombment at Memorial Park Mausoleum.
