Our beloved Zachary Michael Johnson, of Tulsa, OK, left this earthly world to be with his Lord and Savior on September 18th, 2024. He was born May 11th, 2001, in Tulsa, OK and was 23 years, 4 months, and 7 days. He will be remembered by his sweet and shy disposition, as well as his kind heart and delightful sense of humor. His smile that could warm up an entire room will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Merland and Helen Morgan of Tulsa, OK; great-grandparents Virgil and Doris Johnson of Red Oak, IA; and his great-uncle Russ Johnson of San Rafael, CA.

Zach is survived by his mother Sarah Johnson of Tulsa, OK; and his sister Morgan Johnson of Emporia, KS. Other survivors include grandparents Nancy and Michael Roe of Tulsa, OK; grandparents Randy and Cindy Johnson of Oakland, IA; uncle and aunt Michael and Kelsey Johnson of Claremore, OK and cousin Emma; great-aunt and uncle Jan and Jerald Rider of Tulsa, OK. Longtime girlfriend Alexes Garcia and the Garcia family of Tulsa, OK and honorary sister, Haylee Dismuke of Emporia, KS. Zach was also loved by his step-aunts and uncles which include Angie Peterson of Oakland, IA, Nick and Heidi Harn of Overland Park, KS, and Rob and Mandy Peterson of Grove, OK. He was loved and will be missed by a host of other family members and friends.

Zach was employed by different businesses in Tulsa where he learned to work on cars, which led him to generate a passion for working on and learning more about cars. His most recent employment was working for EMCO Electric, owned, and operated by his Uncle Michael. It was with Michael's guidance and on hands-on experience, that Zach learned that he was quickly developing a skill as an electrician. As a result, he was in the process of applying to get into the electrical apprenticeship program, where we know he would have been very successful.

Zach deeply loved his family and friends, which was evident by the generous amount of time he endeavored to spend with them . This sweet young man was taken too soon and will forever be missed. God Bless his memory and give strength to those that mourn. We will always carry Zach's memory in our hearts.

A "Celebration of Life" will take place at the family home of Sarah Johnson, located at 6518 S 110th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74133 on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. This will be a come-and-go visitation from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
